1 The appellant, Larry Dale Peninger, was charged by information in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-83-246, with the crimes of Kidnapping, Oral Sodomy, Anal Sodomy, and First Degree Rape. He was convicted on each count and sentenced respectively to ten (10) years; twenty (20) years; twenty (20) years; and, seventy-five (75) years. The trial court set the sentences to run consecutively in addition to assessing a $500 payment on each count to the Victims Compensation Fund within one year of the defendants release from prison. From this judgment and sentence appellant has perfected an appeal to this Court.
